Introduction: Ethics refers to the moral development to the individual behavior regarding what is right or what is wrong. (Baase 2006) Ethical rights are referred to the moral rights about keeping the connection between what is good and what is bad, moral rights in relation to the work you create, right to be recognized, or named by the way of work, never do hurts reputation, keep respect on moral rights for lifetime. (Andre 2011) If the matter of managers ethical decisions and ethical decision making model counseling, affecting the organizations and both internal and external stakeholders if they will immediately develop and preinstall software that would allow parents to monitor and selectively limit children’s smartphone use.

However, accepting this request would negatively impact a major stakeholder group, namely, the popular social media organizations that rely on the habit-forming nature of gadgets to lift their billion dollar market value. It could be the violation of ethics or in some extent will be better for children. Thus there are some model to describe the approaches in different point of view as the preinstall monitoring will be ethical or not. First of all, (Duignan 2017)Utilitarianism is an ethical theory to explain the best action is the one that maximizes utility. Secondly, (Rosenblatt 1998)Moral rights are rights of creators recognized in civil law jurisdictions as well as common law jurisdictions. Thirdly, (John 2017)Justice refers to the fairness in protection of rights and punishment of wrong. It is the mechanism to develop the fairness in the legal judgment in the society. Fourthly, (Gareth 2008)Practical model refers to the deals with practical knowledge to develop ethical consideration. Among the fours it will be judged to take one model for the justification of the model. (Cavanagh 1981)If these approach by several major investors who are concerned that too many young people are addicted to their smartphone and if there have request from investor to develop and preinstall software that would allow parents to monitor and selectively limit children’s smartphone use. (Desai 2008). Thus the matter of ethical considers will play a vital role toward the models. (Jones 2017)

Utilitarian Ethical Decision Making Model

Utilitarianism is an ethical theory to explain the best action is the one that maximizes utility. “Utility refers to the satisfaction of mind. According to (Manuel 2011), utility is the total summation of all the pleasure that produces from an action, minus the suffering of anyone involved in the action. It is a version of consequentialism. The factor of consequentialism in the theory of utilitarianism states that the consequences of any action are the only standard of defining the right and defining the wrong, defining what is good or defining what is bad. That means. Utilitarianism considers the interests of all beings equally that action will maximize the utility. (Moberg 2009)

Therefore, if the manager adopted this model, the monitoring system will limit the access of web browsing to the children. When parents can monitor it, they just have the access to one or two sites. If there have the addiction to any game to the children then parents will have the option to restrict the game from the system. If there are any bad interests to play games like Blue wheel which distort the psychological mind of the children then the monitoring system will help the parents to block the game playing like Blue wheel. Moreover, it helps to take decision in tough time. But there must have a bad impact also. It helps to know the feelings to like or fear things that feels hurt physically seems to pain, funny things seem to make us happy. The theory of utilitarianism just articulates the basic human nature of feelings. (Thomas 1991)

Moral Rights Model

Moral rights are rights of creators recognized in civil law jurisdictions as well as common law jurisdictions. It may consider the right of attribution, the right to the integrity of the work and the right to have a work published pseudonymously or anonymously. (Gerald 2009)

It allows objecting to mutilation, distortion and alteration of the work. Moral rights are equivalent to keep the economic rights tied like the concepts of copyrights. In the moral rights it has no option break down the law of copyright in the sense of moral rights. (Jennifer 2007)

Therefore, if the manager adopted this model, the ethical attitude to any bad interests to play games like Blue wheel which distort the ethical attitude of the children then moral right system will help the parents to develop the ethical practice regarding right or wrong while game playing like Blue wheel. This moral rights may develop the mind of the children’s as they may feel about good or bad. (Rosenblatt 1998)

Justice Model

Justice refers to the fairness in protection of rights and punishment of wrong. It is the mechanism to develop the fairness in the legal judgment in the society. (John 2017)

Therefore, if the manager adopted this model, the justice existence will prohibit the bad interests to play games like Blue wheel which distort the ethical attitude of the children then moral right system will help the parents to develop the justice practice regarding fairness while game playing like Blue wheel. This justice may develop the mind of the children’s as they may feel about fairness.

Practical Ethical Decision Making Model 

Practical model refers to the deals with practical knowledge to develop ethical consideration. (Cano 2011)

Therefore, if the manager adopted this model, it will be helpful if parents go to shopping mall during shopping time with the children. Taking dinner, breakfast with the family member will be the great practical tools to shift the mind of the children from the game addiction as well as digital platform addiction. In the time of travelling take the children with the parents to shift his mind to the travel hour as he can be without the digital area. If it is possible to pass a quality time with family by the way of riding, cycling, watching movies, travelling, gossiping together, expressing the thoughts and views to the family etc. will be more as the practical matter to shift the children mind. (Gareth 2008)

Conclusion

So, the matter of decision of the manager may distort the ethical consideration but for the children it will be worked where preinstall monitoring support will be a great work. But it is required to have the practical actions to help the children be out of the addiction to digital world or gaming in pc or smartphone. (van 2010)
