What is Meditation?
Meditation, yoga or anything else? Psychology has a word – mindfulness. Mindfulness is a phase in the body, where our body maintains its cohesiveness and gives the body a healthy feeling. This mindfulness basically represents the definition of meditation. Simply put, meditation is a practice of relaxing and relaxing the human body, mind, and brain. Types of Meditation

This concentration of the brain may seem a bit daunting at the beginning of practice meditation. It is possible to gradually dominate this meditation.
2. Mindfulness Meditation / Open Monitoring Meditation
This kind of meditation influences a large part of the brain. Mindfulness meditation is much deeper than Concentration Meditation. Mindfulness meditation helps to set goals on every moment that goes into our brain. The main purpose of this meditation is not to judge or delay those thoughts, but to improve our body’s response to each and every thought. Suppose a great problem has arisen before us. Now what steps we can take to overcome that problem, it has nothing to do with mindfulness meditation. Rather, this meditation will help us figure out how to accept the situation.

According to many, meditation is a skill. Learning meditation and learning skills is like gaining proficiency. Meditation can be done at home to start self-development.
