(Andre 2011) If the matter of managers ethical decisions and ethical decision making model counseling, affecting the organizations and both internal and external stakeholders if they will immediately develop and preinstall software that would allow parents to monitor and selectively limit children’s smartphone use.
However, accepting this request would negatively impact a major stakeholder group, namely, the popular social media organizations that rely on the habit-forming nature of gadgets to lift their billion dollar market value. It could be the violation of ethics or in some extent will be better for children. Thus there are some model to describe the approaches in different point of view as the preinstall monitoring will be ethical or not. First of all, (Duignan 2017)Utilitarianism is an ethical theory to explain the best action is the one that maximizes utility. Secondly, (Rosenblatt 1998)Moral rights are rights of creators recognized in civil law jurisdictions as well as common law jurisdictions. Thirdly, (John 2017)Justice refers to the fairness in protection of rights and punishment of wrong. It is the mechanism to develop the fairness in the legal judgment in the society. Utilitarian Ethical Decision Making Model
Utilitarianism is an ethical theory to explain the best action is the one that maximizes utility. “Utility refers to the satisfaction of mind. According to (Manuel 2011), utility is the total summation of all the pleasure that produces from an action, minus the suffering of anyone involved in the action. It is a version of consequentialism. The factor of consequentialism in the theory of utilitarianism states that the consequences of any action are the only standard of defining the right and defining the wrong, defining what is good or defining what is bad. That means. Utilitarianism considers the interests of all beings equally that action will maximize the utility. (Moberg 2009)

Moreover, it helps to take decision in tough time. But there must have a bad impact also. It helps to know the feelings to like or fear things that feels hurt physically seems to pain, funny things seem to make us happy. The theory of utilitarianism just articulates the basic human nature of feelings. (Thomas 1991)
