Our relationship is very good, even if the leadership may not very satisfy for employees, because is my private reason, I only can use this leadership, so I am try my best to give the best for employees in other aspects.

Yes, they are very good and work hard.

Maybe training and salary and benefits, because the supervisor mode is not very good in some respects, but I would like my employees stay at a happy working environment, so I will make up for them.

Once per day, because I still need to look after other business, so I can’s spend all of my time in a business.

The methodology of this study is to understand the fact of autocratic leadership and the problem of it that the move away of autocratic leadership will decrease the staff turnover or not. On the other hand it is very required to draw the necessity of the democratic leadership in replace of autocratic leadership. If both comparisons are represented in the business performance then it will be great use of the methodology to draw a conclusion as what is the reason of the labor turnover. In that case, the reason of the labor turnover could be identify. There are some issues involved in the method of the leadership as the current practice of leadership is creating massive problem of the business at Nantong Tiannan Hotel.

Findings – Impact of Autocratic Leadership

First of all if we think from the organizational point of view to use the autocratic leadership, then it may have the following findings:
The first and foremost reason to use the style of autocratic leadership is to take the advantage of a quick decision making by the leader in which the decision will be given by using the centralized system. The reason to use autocratic leadership is that it has no possibility of delay in making decision and it is quick for them and not time consuming to make the decision in crunch situations.
The reason to use autocratic leadership is to make the advantage of autocratic leadership as it thought by them the leader has strong power and he does not give any chance to other as he is the final person to make the final decision.
They may try to influence certain decisions to practice autocratic leadership as it is advantageous for them to direct the labor by own choice.
The reason to use this autocratic leadership from the point of view of the management body as they can impose complete control over the group or team members by the central decision system and there will have less inefficiency in the activities because of strict control and supervision of the leader.
On the other hand if we think from the employees’ point of view to use the autocratic leadership then it may have the following findings:
It may increase the demotivation among the employees by the strict manner of bossy, controlling, and dictatorial.
This style tends to discourage group input while it has lacking in consultation with the group, and the group discussions are not encouraged. So, employees in the group may lose motivation when they cannot share their ideas.
Autocratic leadership can also impair the morale of the group to feel they are making contributions to the future of the group but this are not appreciated by their performance.

Analysis and Discussion – Impact of Autocratic Leadership

From the point of view of the management body, the reason to use autocratic leadership is that they have the power over the group or team members. By using this control they will be able to make the best use of their workers and there will have less inefficient tasks in the activities. Autocratic leaders use their expertise as they are the only decision taker. There is no need to consult with others.
On the other hand, the problem of staff turnover is also a problem and in that case it is essential to deal on it. In replace of democratic leadership can be introduced. Due to the democratic leadership it may create the job satisfaction and workers will feel that they have job security, the work environment will be smooth for them, and they can give their recommendation in case of emergent situation. By the means of group sharing they will feel as they are the part of the company and have an extra feeling for the progress of the company. Moreover, the introduction of democratic leadership in replace to autocratic leadership may be helpful to deal with urgent issues like staff turnover.

Organizational structure

So, while autocratic leadership is beneficial for the leader, there are also many problems with the workers or employees. Here, workers may face job dissatisfaction, and overall lack of motivation, If the manner of boss is controlling and dictatorial, then it is really a problem.
But the use of democratic leadership is preferable as it will be good for the business.

But the way of using democratic leadership is preferable for them as it will be good more for the business. So, the following recommendations are provided:

• While autocratic leadership can be beneficial at times, there are also many instances where this leadership style can be problematic to deal with the people who are involved in operation as they think about demotivated by the practice of in the manner of bossy, controlling, and dictatorial. This can sometimes result in resentment among group members.
• The group discussion are not encouraged people in the group may dislike that they are unable to contribute ideas.
• They have to work by the direction of the central point, no immediate action they cannot take if the emergency is occurs, they fail to implement the goal as there is no scope of group sharing.
• Failing to consult with other team members in such situations hurts the overall success of the group.
• So, it is required to have the practice of the democratic leadership in replace to autocratic leadership.
